    Hi. Sorry to hear you are having an AP marker on your credit file - not nice at the best of times, particularly if unexpected.

    I am finding it hard to understand the exact situation - is this what happened (correct me if I am wrong)....

    1. you used to have a £200 overdraft facility

    2. you didn't use it much but you did use it

    3. TSB asked you to repay the overdraft on demand giving you 28 days notice

    4. you were unable to pay the amount requested, so TSB said you could pay it off monthly over 2 (?) years

    5. you have been paying it off monthly since then from your 'regular' account - I am not sure what this is, or if it is even with TSB
