We have received our final offer with valuation coming in as expected however they have entered date of construction as 1980 and made reference to the property being extended at some point and state the valuation is provided on the assumption all relevant planning and building Reg's and consents were obtained at that time.
We know our vendors bought the house in 1980 but it was in fact constructed in 1966. The vendors haven't made any reference to extensions.
is this something we should be worried about, do we need to have it corrected. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
