PPI with New Day and Debenhams

I am currently sorting out a PPI claim on behalf of my mum for her Debenhams Card which is of course connected to New Dat. They had said that as it was set up with Santander they will handle it instead.
My question though is that when she used the card she would always pay it off within 56 days so she never got charged interest on it and only used it to get the discount as at the time she was a Debenhams shareholder. I was wondering if because she was never charged interest on it will she sill have PPI that she can claim back on it?

Since your Mother will therefore never have paid any PPI there will be nothing to refund.MyUsername wrote: »My question though is that when she used the card she would always pay it off within 56 days so she never got charged interest on it and only used it to get the discount as at the time she was a Debenhams shareholder. You can still complain the insurance policy was mis-sold, but there will be no redress due.
So you have complained for nothing; as the result of the complaint investigation will no doubt point out in due course.0 -
