Barclays Bank Pre-Selected offers

I've been with Barclays now since 2012 and had around £3000 a month going into my account but i've never had any of the offers populate.
The apply for an overdraft online says they have no credit data for me and i would need to phone to apply.
I applied for a barclaycard back in december via the barclaycard website and they accepted me even though the banking site never had an offer under credit cards for me.
Will these pre-selected never populate?

The preapproved offers work on the vagaries of soft credit scoring. They'll be looking at things like your average monthly income and outgoings, and your best and worst monthly balances. There's also an element of affordability which is calculated by looking at your self-reported salary and monthly expenditure, which they may not currently have on file.
Go into a branch and enquire about borrowing limits, they'll be more than keen to assist. Depending on your circumstances they may attempt a shot-in-the-dark application, or update your details and ask you to wait a few months before applying, or possibly even return with payslips as documentary evidence.: )0
