New- by and a bit lost

So..... this is my first post and I am tentatively dipping my toes into the forum for som child maintenance advice.
Does anyone know the means by which the csa (cams) trace the address of a paying parent.
I know his address and I know he still lives there, they are claiming that he does not so I have instructed a bailiff to serve him with a notice of appeal which has been served plus a data search has confirmed that he is probably still at that address.
I have an independent report on its way for the appeal and an affadavid to say that the process server found him at that address and that a neighbour has confirmed that he resides there.
My questions are
Is this enough to satisfy a judge that he resides at that address and that he has had ample opportunity to respond to the various letters they and myself have sent him ( mine by recorded delivery and signed for by him at that address)?
At appeal would the csa have to prove that he doesent live at that residence if I have proof that he does?

Apologies if this is the wrong board or my grammar is shocking, I'm very dyslexic.

You also need to have a little patience, bit rude to be sticking all those question marks at us after an evening, this is the 'families' board, people have things on of an evening and may not be able to get to the computer to answer you.

Hi OP, I think you would be lucky to get here a response you after as it requires quite a knowledge in this specific set of circumstances, sorry.
The word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.
  • Well enough people took the time to look at the post and not reply. That's rude

How are we to know if we can help or not without reading the post? The title does not make it clear.

I looked at the post and didn't reply as I don't know the answer. I would expect that to be the same of many other people. This is the normal way of things on Internet fora, you do not get dozens of "I have no idea" responses cluttering the topic up before someone that does know posts a useful reply.

    I'll be honest I didn't reply as I didn't know the answer ... still don't, however...

What do the CMS say they do to check who lives where?
And what do the CMS say they would accept as evidence?

'a bit lost' could mean anything. If you'd headed your post CSA or something similar at least people would have a vague idea of what you wanted assistance with. I have had absolutely no dealings with this kind of problem so can't be of help.
Is that the sort of reply you want?
