Hello all! First post and it may go on a bit.
My question is where do I stand here after such a simple request. They have pretty much ignored me so far. In my opinion, I've given them more than enough time and I think I should act on my threat.
Below is my communications with them summed up in a final email. I've removed some personal information:

Communications between myself and you;
From me on 09/01/2017:
Hello,
I'm trying to find my loan agreement.
I've looked through my emails and I cannot seem to find any information.
I see you currently do not support log in on website and given I wouldn't delete such email, I assume I was never sent one.
I've not received anything in the post either.
If possible, could you (re) send me the loan agreement which hopefully includes the payment schedule to this address?
Provided date of birth, should you need any more security information, please feel free to contact me.
Or, if at very least could you provide the final payment date and amount if different from the current £55.17. So I can update my records.
Many Thanks.
Mr A*** T******.

Now, I may not be the most literate person on the planet but I’m pretty sure Alternatively means pretty much what I communicated, even to the point an alternate email address included within the email just in case I was sending from incorrect email. I only really use the 2 addresses (this one and the a******ll@gmail.com) so it was going to be one or the other.
If I was to be asking for bank details, I’d understand your reluctance supply that information. However all I’m asking for is a copy of the loan agreement and since I am unable to use your website to do such a thing and I can find no record of an agreement being sent to either of the supplied email addresses I can only assume I’ve never made any agreement with you according to a written agreement I’ve yet to see.
Either send me the loan agreement or at very least the originally requested final repayment date or I will have to assume there’s no contract between us and stop payments.
At which point, I’m sure you will be very quick to contact me asking where your money is, then you will start to threaten “other methods” of payment collection. Which will no doubt end in you trying to take me to court and I’m pretty certain taking this information to a court after me making such a reasonable request the court would fall in my favour.
I am not trying to dodge out of payments, or trying to get out of paying you altogether, I simply want to see that loan agreement. I can still afford payments and have been slowly building my credit rating back up by making payments on time.
I do not want to cause any problems for either of us. All required information you should need for such a trivial request is included within this communication.
I look forward to a resolution.
Many Thanks.

How do you think I should act here? Am I being unreasonable? Given they've never had my actual signature on paper, I've read in past cases have been thrown out of court in favour of the customer in such circumstances.
I want to reiterate what I said in the communications; I'm not trying to get out of paying them. I just want a copy (another maybe) of the loan agreement!
I've yet to ring them as I really cannot be dealing with any Customer Service Advisors!
I've searched high and low through the 2 email accounts. I retrieve my main account via windows live mail. However anything I do there deletion wise, is not reflected on the Virgin Email Webpage. Every email ever sent and received on that account are still present on VM's webmail page.

Can you summarise in one sentence what the issue is?0

Until you make the effort to call them as they have requested, you are being unreasonable.0

They have asked you to either phone them or email them from the account you originally used. You have done neither and continued to contact them using an email account not associated with your loan account. Telling them what your other email address is is not the same as emailing them from that other account.0 -
I have actually used both possible email addresses I would use to gain the information to no avail.
I will ring them and see what results I get there.0 -
The point about not having your signature is irrelevant these days. I have provided an electronic signature on all of my loans with Barclays, and there have been a few over the years.I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.0

Another vote for 'call them' here.0

Borrow money from stupidly named loan company = higher risk of problems.0
