Bank sent a card I can't use

Hi all
I got a replacement bank card in the post yesterday for my current account. I go to use it in ATM and it shows I have funds at all in the account. Check my online banking and I have 2k in there so enough.
I've tweeted them and intitial tweet i state I have money in my account but not on the ATM. 4 times they ask if I have funds in account. I tell them I was declined a sale as well.
Anyone else had this issue before. What was the problem.

What was the problem.
The problem appears to be you've used twitter to contact your bank to discuss personal information about your bank account.
Find a phone number for their customer services and give them a call to find out what is happening. Only staff in the telephone banking or the CS team will have acces to your account details to see what is wrong.

You may have funds, but are they cleared funds? Maybe a cheque hasn't yet fully cleared?
Perhaps the 'valid from' date is May?0 -
