Received yesterday LTK informing me of PCN. Read your threads and discovered that letter did not comply with Schedule 4 of POFA 2012.
Appealed on company website expecting Popla code.
Happily received email saying that they are prepared to cancel the notice
Very many thanks for all the info on this site. Just wished to pass on a success story.:j

That's great - which parking company was it?Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. I accept no liability for the accuracy of any such posts and users are advised that, if they wish to obtain formal legal advice specific to their case, they must seek instruct and pay a solicitor.0

Well done for following the correct process and getting the result. I assume you read the newbies thread then used the search function to research a few other threads?
That's all most people need to do. Although in many cases someone receives an NTK or DC letter, read words like 'court' and 'CCJ' and jump straight to DefCon 1, with red lights flashing and sirens going off.... Then we have a post screaming "HELP ME" with a thousand exclamation marks.
Answer is nearly always the same.... Read the NEWBIES thread, follow the advice, research other threads.0 -

Pet hate. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thought so - they are easy to blow over in a puff of smoke - but very well done for joining our successes and fighting this particular little fire. Newbies like to read successes like this one.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
