Abbey On-line Banking

Is anyone else having problems accessing their accounts on-line? I haven't been able to log on since Wednesday. Since then the message keeps coming up "this service is temporarily unavailable, sorry for any inconvenience". I accepted the apology on Thursday and Friday but it's running a bit thin now!!:confused:

    Logged on last night and this morning with no problems either. What browser are you using? Tried clearing the cache?

    I could log on last night but could not go through to my statement, service unavailable.
    Since Abbey has been taken over, it's happening regularly. It never happened before the Santander takeover. It has been playing up for months now.

    Yep! No probs logging in with Safari...

    Managed to reduce an OD, Cancel a DD all in less than 5 mins...

    ...if only their call centre staff & counter staff were as highly efficient!

    TTFN Abbey...

    I'm quite liking FD as I don't need to worry about High Interest...as it's a bill paying account...

    I'm not sure what a browser is (doh ... I know!!) but I tried logging on from work and home, both of which I've done loads of times before successfully and now neither worked. Have emailed cust services, and will try and call tomorrow. Thanks for your help, appreciate knowing that it's probably me rather than the whole service, although Spark ... maybe it's certain areas / postcodes?

    works fine on mine aswell, have you tried clearing cookies and internet history in you internet explorer? dont know if it would make a difference but worth a try

    Mine was playing up for a few days but seems to be ok now. I could still pay bills etc, but not get complete statement up.

    And yes it has got worse lately.

    I HAVE JUST WAITED 13 MINS AND 52 SECS ON HOLD TO THE CALL CENTRE, AND THEY CUT ME OFF BEFORE I'D EVEN SAID HELLO!!! NOW THE CALL CENTRE'S CLOSED. STILL NO INTERNET BANKING (BTW I KNOW I'M SHOUTING, SORRY)

    Dear me, I need chocolate, and I need it now :cool:
