I'll tell you in 10 years time.
Historically equities are best and have been in the last 5 years as well. However, as Felon says, diversification is king and you can have property exposure without actually owning properties. Probably a good thing seing as UK buy to let is in a pretty poor state right now.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
