No Popla code

My husbands car got one of these 'tickets'.

I sent the template latter on his behalf - the company is UKCPS - no POPLA code has been received.

All thats been received is a letter sating 'you must not ignore this notice, you have 14 days to reply' letter?

Unsure what is the next step.

Advice welcomed.
Old Faithful we roam the range together,
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.
Giddy up old fella cos the moon is yellow tonight,
Giddy up old fella cos the moon is mellow and bright,
There’s a coyote crying at the moon above,
Carry me back to the one I love,
And you old faithful pal of mine.

Now all you can do is ignore anything and everything you get for the next six years except real court papers.

The BMPA motoring charity can give you the likelihood of that happening.

    *&%$*@!!!

I did ask that originally and I was under the impression they were a member.

So I'm safe to just ignore them? Husbands not in the best of health so can really do without all this - pains in the !!!.

Will never visit he establishment where the ticket was given - ever!

As advised already you can ignore everything except court correspondence which you must respond to!

It's safe to ignore them unless they send real court papers, (MCOL, LBC/LBA/LBCCC).

Debt collectors can be ignored for ever anywhere in the UK. This is explained in the NEWBIES thread.

What happened when you complained to the landowner/retailer/establishment?

You should leave negative feedback on their website/trapadvisor/fakebook if they don't get this cancelled. Where was this out of interest?

The retailer - Hollywood Bowl basically weren't interested at all - they'd already had our money!

    I left negative feedback already.

I think one issue that makes the parking worse is that sheffield Areena is just across the road, their parking is £10 (?) a car, so if there's something on there people park in Centertainment because that's free.

Yep, do this and calm down. We win 99% of defences (yep, almost the entire lot in a year).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
