My husbands car got one of these 'tickets'.
I sent the template latter on his behalf - the company is UKCPS - no POPLA code has been received.
All thats been received is a letter sating 'you must not ignore this notice, you have 14 days to reply' letter?
Unsure what is the next step.
Advice welcomed.

I did ask that originally and I was under the impression they were a member.
So I'm safe to just ignore them? Husbands not in the best of health so can really do without all this - pains in the !!!.

It's safe to ignore them unless they send real court papers, (MCOL, LBC/LBA/LBCCC).
Debt collectors can be ignored for ever anywhere in the UK. This is explained in the NEWBIES thread.
What happened when you complained to the landowner/retailer/establishment?

The retailer - Hollywood Bowl basically weren't interested at all - they'd already had our money!
I left negative feedback already.
I think one issue that makes the parking worse is that sheffield Areena is just across the road, their parking is £10 (?) a car, so if there's something on there people park in Centertainment because that's free.Old Faithful we roam the range together,

As advised already you can ignore everything except court correspondence which you must respond to!
