Hi,
we have just exchanged contracts on our first home, which is a new build scheduled to be completed in late May.
We have just received a letter today with a date for our pre occupation inspection visit with site manager, and after reading various things from other people who have bought a new build it is highly recommended to pay for a Professional Snagging Inspection? Is this recommended?
Also am I correct in thinking that the only opportunity for this to take place is on the requested date on letter received today? also due to H&S only 2 people can be present so that rules out either myself or my partner?
Would anybody have any recommendations for companies who do Professional Snagging Inspections and also 'ballpark' costs?
Any help/advice appreciated
Kind Regards
Si
