Excel Lose in Sheffield!

Been at work until late and got to pop back out again for a couple of hours so will give a full rundown later.

I won!

Judge dismissed the claim as no evidence of the driver although no costs awarded as I'd not explicitly stated on my defence that I wasn't the driver. There was a few interesting points raised which i'll provide more detail on.

A massive thanks to everyone who has commented and provided advice, especially Coupon-mad and Lamilad. Without the advice of them and all the other great people on here I'd have been really struggling.

Extra special mention for Lamilad for providing some moral support and guidance on the day - what an absolute hero!

I'll put a full post on later :)

Lamilad told me about this win (hooray!) but thought we would wait for your court report!

Can you update your original thread to put it in context for new readers? Court report should go there as your outcome.

This is good news, I'm currently at the IAS appeal stage with Excel and am fully prepared (any expecting) to be taken to court at some point. Hopefully will find some good advice.
