Quick HELP please. Just 2000 characters for POPLA comments on Parking Eye 'Evidence'

As above, got a proper rebuttal to Parking Eye evidence pack, which needs submitting now.
But limited to 2000 characters. I have 800 words. 2000 characters (including spaces) is nothing. Grrr

Seems no way to attach a document; just a box to fill.
Anyone got around this somehow eg an email address response ?
Thanks for any advice if you have knowledge on this !

    The normal advice is to attach a pdf and put a comment in the 2k limit box to that effect. I have not done tis myself so unsure how, but it is definitely possible to attach a file.

    Have you posted it here for the regulars to check before submitting it in case they can add valuable appeal points, or stop you from admitting things you shouldn't (like being the driver) or using out of date appeal points such as not a genuine pre-estimate of loss?

    Is this another PCN or the same as one of your other threads? If it is to do with an existing thread you should post it there.
    How did you get on with your other PoPLA appeal last month? Did you have a much shorter appeal as I've never known a forum assisted one be short enough to fit in the 2k limit box?

    Might help someone in future;
    POPLA allow "Comments to Parking operator evidence" to be submitted by email to info@popla.co.uk, with verification code in subject line. According to their customer service person i just spoke to

    Thanks Fruitcake, already got advice from you and others, but started a new thread for that particular point.
    Have also updated it, to say that popla just confirmed email submission is fine.

    There is no facility for adding any attachment to the little 2000 character box

    Thanks. I thought there was a way of adding an attachment to an online submission but as I said, I have never done it myself so couldn't be sure.
