Park with ease appeal help

Hello I received a fine from park with ease. After reading threads my first appeal response I wrote:
As the owner of the vehicle, I am not obliged to name the driver as the 14 day time limit given under POFA 2012 was not met.
They since have responded saying
We have not claimed to and are not seeking to use POFA 2012 to pursue the matter, therefore we have no requirement to issue any letters within 14 days.
So then I have read another post and responded the following:
I wish to appeal further and will do so if you make available an ADR service that is transparent in its operation, independent and seen to be independent, with an independent scrutiny board, and compliant with Schedule 3 of the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015. Otherwise I am under no obligation to appeal a speculative invoice, and any court case brought by you will be robustly defended

not a lot you can do
with IPC members, you appeal, once , then you ignore unless or until you receive an LBC or an MCOL
as you have appealed, which will be rejected, you are at stalmate for 6 years unless the LBC or MCOL arrive in the meantime
and nobody was "fined" , you made that up
an invoice was received, nothing more0 -
Well you won't be offered any further appeal opportunity other than the IAS. Your initial appeal was not that clever, but whatever, the result would have been the same - rejection. Expect the same result from the IAS. Read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #3 about forum views on appealing (not!) to the IAS.
So there are no 'What do I do next helpppppp' (why all the 'p's?) steps for you with PWE. They have 6 years to pursue you through the courts, come back if you get a LBC or MCOL claim. Ignore any daft debt collector letters.
Have you complained to the landowner and asked them to get this cancelled? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Roger1991 my advice to you is run drafts of your appeal pass the knowledgeable people here and read the newbies post. The newbies post is the very least you should be reading before posting.
It maybe a bit late for this PCN.0
