Parking Eye Fine

My daughter received a parking fine from a Parking Eye car park in October last year. Parking Eye ca parks do not tell you how long you're at the car park so she paid for the 2 hours she thought she'd been there. She had had been there 2 hours & 6 minutes!!
We followed the protocol on here and appealed.
It was not granted by Parking Eye and we appealed via POPLA in November.
We heard absolutely nothing back from Parking Eye or POPLA until last week, when Parking Eye sent a letter stating that she should by now know her POPLA appeal has not been granted & that she must now pay £100 in the next 2 weeks.
She's a student and obviously £100 can be spent much more wisely than a parking fine!
Can anybody advise what our next move should be please?

Read up in the newbies faq thread on how this will proceed
(She should expect a county court claim ultimately)
She either pays now (not recommended), or waits and sees.
(She's NOT been fined!)0 -

contact POPLA and see what the outcome was
GRACE PERIODS (clause #13 of the BPA CoP) should have applied here if the so called "overstay" was only 6 minutes
PE measure time on site , not parking time
you or she should have come here for help and advice back then, twice , once at the initial appeal stage where grace periods should have been added to the appeal template
then at popla stage where a decent popla appeal should have been drafted
so she needs to contact POPLA asap and get a copy of their decision, asap0 -
Redx - we did add the 'grace period' in our appeal both to PE & POPLA.
A decent appeal was lodged - we followed advice from here - I forgot my old login so I'm on here as a newbie now!
Unfortaltely we have the problem that she can't find the 10 digit POPLA number to be able to track her appeal!0
