Having bought a laptop from Medion, at the beginning of last month, I just decided to check my cashback and found that Medion had declined to pay. (Exactly the same thing happened a few years back when I bought a laptop from then via TCB.
I tried to raise a query ticket, but could go no further than choosing the retailer (it's the only one)and seeing the details of my purchase.
The complaint would not proceed as according to a pink pop up box, no click was detected on that date, but how can this be ? I must have used the TCB site as it has date, time, purchase price and cashback listed .
I've raised a general ticket, complaining that I can't raise a query about the decline .

TCB Have gone down the pan over the past years
i used to use them but then they would never answer ickets in respect of non traked claims.
i now use quidco and interactions with them have been better than TOPCRAPBACK0 -

I'm still waiting for a reply, but they did sort out the payment from Medion, last time.0

I've used both Quidco and TCB to the extent that I've had over £1000 in cashbacks over the years. There have been a handful of declined/not tracked and all but one (an Interflora declined) were resolved. Both companies are worth using considering it's free money.0

I have had my reply and TCB say that I have already queried the payout, so have used my clocks, only one being allowed.
They sent me the original enquiry which asked why the amount being applied was less than expected. This was explained (payout is based on pre-Vat price), but , as I have now replied, does not give a reason to decline paying the lesser amount.0
