Doors, windows & kitchen fitting- rough costs?

I went today for a second viewing on the house I'm buying and I've only just noticed that the doors and windows at the back of the house are awful!!:eek:
The front is double glazed but the back isn't!! I've had a look on the b&Q website to get an idea of how much the doors and windows would cost to buy (this is really rough guess as I've no measurements yet!)
Does anyone have an idea (again just a guess-timate!) of how much it would cost to fit 2 exterior single wooden doors, one single pane window and two double pane type windows (upvc - don't know if that makes a difference!)
Also, roughly how much a joiner might charge for replacing 8 kitchen cupboard doors?
