i received a PCN yesterday for stopping at 57-63 Park Road NW1, a red route, but i had stopped on an entrance/exit to a flower shop, in the photo they sent you can clearly see my car on the entrance/exit & not on the red lines, the red lines do not go across the entrance/exit but stop before & start after, has any one come across this before or can advise on how to word an appeal many thanks Darren81.
