UKPC Parking Fine Please help

Hi,
I have received a notice to keeper on the 21st April asking me to pay £100. This was for a parking ticket dated 17/03. There is a photo of the parking ticket on A windscreen however this wasn't on my car so this is the 1st I have heard of it. I was parked in the car park on the date and time of the ticket but it wasn't on my windscreen. On the photo I can only see the notice attached the windscreen. There is no photo to prove this was my car.
I believe the fine was due to leaving the site as I was only gone from my car around 30 minutes. Surely this is unenforceable?
Please can someone advice whether I would need to pay this fine? I have read a couple of pages on here but I am sorry I am getting very confused by it all.
Thank you.

Some people can be a little overwhelmed by the detail when starting out on this, but this isn't a case of simply reading a few sentences and your problem is over. In order to take control of your situation you need to be sufficiently resilient to get to learn about private parking.
It is all detailed in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, read only post #1 at this stage, where the process is laid out for you to follow to deal with the first steps in getting rid of this charge.
One of the first and essential points is never to reveal who was driving - so you need to read your opening post very carefully, then edit it - PPCs read the forums!parked in the car park on the date and time of the ticket but it wasn't on my windscreen. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

it is not a "fine" , it is an INVOICE , a speculative invoice
please read and follow the advice for BPA members in the NEWBIES sticky thread0 -
Ive read the Newbies sticky thread. So I am send the general template to UKPC as its a BPA member? Is this correct? Should I add anything onto it as it wasn't on my windscreen?0

Copy and paste and send the BPA template in blue to UKPC Scammers Inc. No editing. Do not pay, do not ignore, do not reveal who was driving, do not miss the appeal deadline.
You could complain to the BPA and DVLA about the ghost ticket, but it will be filed and ignored like all the ones before it unfortunately.
You should also complain to your MP, Mrs May, and Andrew Jones MP. They may be concentrating on other things at the moment, but you might suggest your vote depends on their answer (even if it doesn't.)I married my cousin.
