The two (2) winners will each win a gift selection to be delivered to the UK address of their choice. Each gift selection will represent up to two different emojis featured within the corresponding winner’s Facebook comment, and will therefore include a maximum of two gifts to be delivered to the winner’s nominated couple. For example, the music emoji might be turned into a CD, a pair of headphones, or even some speakers! The emojis that can be turned into a gift are as follows:
Laptop - Camera- Plate- Camcorder- Music Notes- Coffee- Trainers- Hair- Game Controller- Cool Eyes- Chef (male/female)- Television- Handbag- Telephone
8. The two (2) winners will be notified via a reply to their winning comment on Facebook within 24 hours of the end of the Prize Draw Period. The winners must then contact Royal Mail via a Facebook Direct Message within 14 days of the notification. If any winner’s prize is unclaimed after this time, Royal Mail reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the process described above.
9. The prizes, to be sent to each winner’s nominated couple, are non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. The prizes will be sent to each winner’s nominated couple by 22nd May 2017, provided that the winner provides their nominated couple’s UK postal address before 10:00 am [B1] on 17th May 2017. It is the prize winner’s responsibility to ensure someone will be present at the address to sign for the delivery of the prizes.
