Does anyone have any experience from a company called The Ovencleaners?
I've had repeated automated calls to my landline introducing me to my "local ovencleaner" inviting me to press 1 to speak to someone - pressing 1 actually seems to terminate the call.
I just had another call, this time from a person saying they were from "The Ovencleaners". When I started to explain that I'd already had several automated calls, my number was ex-directory etc the call was cut off with me in mid-sentence.
There is a company with a website using that company name, but there are no contact details I can see to get in touch with them to confirm their involvement and complain/request removal from their contact list.
I don't know that the calls are coming from that company, so apologies to them if they are not in any way connected, but I thought they would be interested to know they, or someone using their name, is calling people in this way. More importantly perhaps, that the person making some of these calls is apparently not well trained in customer services - for example knowing that cold calling someone who doesn't want to be called is best dealt with by an apology and agreeing to remove their details, rather than rudely hanging up.
Any company that doesn't get that part of customer service right isn't one I'd want to have coming into my house. However dirty my oven is, and however much I hate cleaning it
