You still haven't started your own thread to ask for help, yet have posted on other peoples threads three times now.

I will say again, if you want help with your court case you must start your own thread. Posting on one that is four months old and started by someone else isn't helping anyone.

If you are new, then your clear agreement to not hijack other peoples threads and the advice to read the stickies before posting anything should be pretty fresh in your mind!

Once you have done that, things should be much clearer and you will be in a far better position to get and use our advice effectively.
