What Paint to use?? for grey concrete fence posts (garden outdoors)

What paint would we use to paint concrete posts outside in the garden
which have green algae on,

the colour of the concrete posts are light grey.



any suggestions from the B&Q website please?


and would the green algae on the posts need to be sanded off?
or we can paint right over them ??

A scrubbing brush should remove it.
