1. Free Prize Draw open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except employees, their families, friends, their agencies, contractors or anyone professionally associated with FS Magazine (The Promoter) or Action Outdoors.
2. There is one (1) £500 Action Outdoors voucher to be won.
3. The voucher is to contribute towards one holiday and cannot be split between separate holidays.
4. The voucher is valid for the summer season only.
5. Due to UCPA age restriction the winner must be between the ages of 18-45.
6. Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
7. Details accurate at time of print.
8. The winner will be the first entrant drawn at random after the closing date (11.59pm, Monday 22nd May 2017).
9. No purchase necessary.
10. One entry per person.
11. Entries may not be made in bulk or via a third party.
12. No cash alternative is available.
13. It is a condition of entry to the Free Prize Draw that these rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. Entries that are found to contravene these Terms and Conditions shall be null and void, regardless of the stage of competition. In the event that the entry of a winner is declared null and void, the judges shall select an alternative winner.

15. The Promoter cannot accept any liability for any technical issues on The Webpage including, but not limited to, website downtime, hosting or server errors.
16. Entrants will be required to provide their full name, postcode, email address and agree to the Terms and Conditions in order to partake.
17. The winners will be notified by email and asked to provide a daytime telephone number and postal address to redeem their prize. The phone number and postal address will not be used for marketing purposes.
18. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for lost or delayed or “junked” email communications, nor can it accept responsibility for inaccurate or incomplete email addresses.
19. The Free Prize Draw will open 5:00pm Monday 24th April 2017.
20. The Free Prize Draw will close 11:59pm, Monday 22nd May 2017.
21. The draw itself will take place week commencing 29th May 2017. Please allow up to 28 days for the winners to be contacted.
22. An independent agent will select the winners. The winners will be picked at random.
23. The winners has 28 days to claim their prize from the date the notification email is sent. After this period the judges shall choose an alternative winner.
24. The winners has 90 days after the date of receiving the notification email to inform FS if they have not received the prize. After this period, FS does not accept responsibility for the delivering of the prize.
25. The prizes cannot be modified and there are no cash alternatives.
