£30.06 writing work and another £20.00 performance recognition vouchers to start May of for me so right on target with £50.06......
and after all my moaning about not getting a promotion *drumrollplease* I got oneyay!! It's only temporary for three months while they advertise the permanent position but it is a 10% pay rise and will massively help my chances of getting the permanent roll. I'm so excited but now that it is a reality extremely nervous.
Only because we don't have anyone to replace me right now (well 3 days of me anyway) I have been told I can give out overtime each week and some of it I can take myself so that is fab, and should definitely bump up my total for next month. I start on the 15th wish me luck

Well done Shelly on the job front!! Thats great news for you!
Another one here signed up to the citizenme app. Liking it:D Just hope it carries on living up to expectations. Excellent that it credits straight away to paypal and you dont have to reach a threshold to cash out. 0.94p earnt this morning on it. :j

Well done on getting the promotion, shelly:j:beer:.
Congratulations to everyone who has made some money since I posted last time:T:beer:
Nothing very exciting money-wise going on here this weekend. No car boot sales planned and redeemed survey payments and cashback haven't arrived yet. Maybe Monday;)
Tried to book an appointment for my free prize hairdo but they are booked up solid for the next 2 weeks:eek:. Oh well, I'll have to put up with the shaggy dog look for a bit longer:rotfl:.
Did find 20p roadkill though and OH gave me £5 for all the photocopying of documents and filling in and sending off forms for him that I did the other day. Actually, he gave me £10 but I felt bad taking it and gave him one of the fivers back. I even felt bad about accepting that (he offered it, I didn't ask for payment) but I used a lot of printer ink up. Plus the stationery and stamps. Too soft for my own good probably:o. Everything he has seemed to have expired at the same time and needed renewing. He's a technophobe and insists on keeping paper copies of everything. Some of his bank and savings accounts don't do paper statements any more so I have to print them all out for him every month so he can ram them into his filing cabinet and clutter the house up more:mad:. He's even still got 40 year old payslips:rotfl:
Have a great weekend everyone:beer:0 -
Wow, amazing to see how well some people are doing! Must be much more experienced than myself.
I have signed up to many apps and a few websites that people have spoken about, and have a £50 item on eBay but I am only on £17.76 in total and most apps have to earn so much before I can cash out.
I have averaged about 30min to 1hr each evening this week so is my problem that I need to dedicate more time? Off work today so can put time in today, but feeling sadly demotivated at this stage! :-(:eek:0 -

don't feel demotivated
if you look at my profile I have been on mse 9 years. about 5 of them on this challenge.
I was thinking the other day about all the great sites we used to earn loads from, how we had a daily clicks thread with a spreadsheet that was emailed to you. not even sure that thread is still going. but a lot of those sites closed down. sites went and we looked for more.
it's experience and routine. when I first started I barely managed £5;a day let alone a whole month. even now I don't manage £10 a day or the whole month. Lynn likes to challenge me by putting me down for £10 a day.
Once you start doing survey sites it will slowly build upto fruition. some sites take longer than others.
onepulse I am on 25p per paid pulse as I have been doing it a long time. I do every pulse that I get even unpaid and that built up my xp. I cash out quicker than others because my payments are higher.
have you took a look at swagbucks. people can earn £5 a week on that.
I tend to leave the apps running while I am in the house doing other stuff.
You can and will do it. x0 -

Thanks! Really hope so, I like on pulse as you don't get screened out after answering half the questions, although only on 15p and not getting many paid pulses.
I find swagbucks hard, although lots of people rate it. I often answer age, postcode, employment and get screened out :-(
Think I will do well with cashback sites but at a point where I don't want to spend money, unless necessary! :cheesy: hopefully this won't last long!
Very much enjoying the forum and it's posts though, am a huge Martin fan and deffo a forum fan :-):j:j0 -

join all the groups on one pulseit helps you get more surveys.
then your xp should go up.
on cashback sites look for the freebies ie order a sim and get paid for it.
unfortunately you can't recycle sims in this country.
also do the cashback shopping apps like checkoutsmart, quidco and topcashback. sometimes freebies and other times you can get paid for buying something cheaplyif you look for yellow stickers.
