Cannon Icon 1000 parts help

The outer glass panel of fan oven recently shattered. To get the correct replacement part, all web sites and local repair shops want to know the model and serial number. And there lies my problem. The oven - a Cannon Icon 1000 - was fitted into my new build house from new in 2004. Now there is little useful information left on the 'plate' in question. Is anyone able to help me locate the correct replacement outer glass panel part, please? I had intended to post pictures of the oven and faded model plate. Seems that I am prevented from doing so!
