Do you know any banks that charge you for having a savings account?

Maybe the question you need to consider is which banks have the best savings rates? It isn't Natwest
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

Why don't you look at the rates and decide for yourself?
There is an article on the MSE main site which will give you the current best rates (or, more accurately, the least worst).
But the best cash interest rates at present are current accounts, assuming that you are a lower rate taxpayer and won't exceed the annual PSA of £1K in interest.

Here's some advice - if you're looking for advice don't specifically ask (twice) instead for 'information', which, as others have pointed out, is readily available from obvious sources. Information tends to be facts, advice tends to be opinion.

In terms of your question, why ask about NatWest in particular? Most folk ask where to get the best interest without a preconceived idea of a specific bank - if they're your current account provider there's no particular reason to use them for savings too when other institutions have better products.

Start at the quick link further up the page labelled 'how to start saving' and follow the links from there to identify the best deals around....

No, neither NW or any other bank generally charge for savings accounts. ( Why would they? )

NatWest have more than one cash ISA and one currently appears in the Savings Champion best buy tables (no.4 in the variable rate ISA best buys). However this requires a minimum of £20,000 to be deposited by the 5th May 2017.

Describing a savings account as good or bad is subjective and needs to be qualified by one's individual circumstances and even then people may disagree.

If you want more specific advice from MSE Forum members you would need to provide a bit more context.
