Hi would anyone be able to give me some advice ? My partner opened a NatWest account in 2013 the card was a nightmare he couldn't use it in any ATM or get cash back. NatWest told him to open a select silver account he has had this account since October 2013 he has been paying £10 per month ever since he has never used the benefits . Would he be able to claim back any of his money ?

He could indeed, provided that he can demonstrate that the account was missold - see http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/reclaim-packaged-bank-accounts for details. Not using benefits doesn't tend to be a valid reason in itself though, it all boils down to exactly what he was advised at the time....0
