Nobo Orion 512 - RSX 512 receiver fault

Hi, my flat was fitted with Nobo Orion 512 heating zone controller system which controls my heater and boiler. There is a RSX 512 receiver which was fitted to receive signal for the boiler. The receiver is no longer working and making loud ticking/ clicking noise occasionally. This has affected my sleep a lot when the receiver was making noise in the middle of the night. I have contacted the manufacturer, searched on Google, forums but no one seems to be able to help.
Does anyone in this forum have the same system and issue? Can you recommend any electrician or heating engineer who can solve the problem? I am based in London SE16. I am not looking to repair the receiver but probably to disconnect it so it does not making noise.
