The survey is about entering ITV comps - I used the space at the end to tell them that I was disappointed when they stopped allowing free online entries into their prize draws and now only accept phone/mail entries. I hope others will write the same

Same here, also pointed out there are people who do not like paying as this can be construed as gambling.0

You could also mention that accepting several postcards all in one envelope would be welcome, even if all postcards inside had to be for the same competition.0

They are after ways to increase revenue from paid entries although I am sure they would welcome ideas to reduce the take up of the "free" entry route.0
