    Lol, thanks for all your replies, and also the map!! Very nice.

    The red boundary line on the deeds looks fine. I'll resist building my off-license in anyone's back garden, the pavement, or bin area.

    I will, however, offer cake to anyone passing close to, or indeed through, any extension, imaginary or realised.
