Can't get hold of Online Retailer

Hi all,
I would like some advice as to what to do as I cannot get a response for a refund from an online retailer. Apologies for the detailed breakdown but I wanted to put as much detail in as I could.
On the 17th February 2017 I purchased two outfits from a company called 'OhVore' that I saw through a Facebook advert. I had not heard of the company before but the website looked ok and so I decided to purchase two dresses. The total amount was around £45, which I purchased through my Barclaycard Credit card.
The items finally arrived on the 16th March 2017 – nearly a month after purchase. This was not stated on their website and only in the post transaction email that the items would take 7-30 days for delivery as the items are coming from overseas. I decided to hold on and finally when they arrived they were really poor quality so I wanted to return them for a refund.
On the website it states to email “returns@ohvore.com” for details on how to get a refund which I did on 16th March 2017 but that email address then bounced. On another part of the website it had a second email “help@ohvore.com, so I decided to email that address. They replied the next day saying I should send the items to an address in Worcestershire. The email stated I include my name, postcode, order number within the return, which I did. They also said that I must track the return as a postal receipt may be requested and I sent via the post office proof of delivery 2nd class that same day. The item therefore should have arrived to them 3-5 days later. On the 1st April I still had not heard from them and on the post office tracking it said that they tried to deliver on the 22nd but no-one answered and they left a card and the would need to arrange a re-delivery. So I emailed them straightaway saying exactly that and asking for an update on my refund.
No-one replied so I chased again on the 4th April and 5th. On the 6th April I got a reply asking for my tracking number and I emailed straight back with the details. On the 7th April they replied saying the will pass the details to their accounts. I still hadn’t heard anything so I yet again sent a chaser email on the 12th April and the final one has been on 20th April. This is now 2 months after purchase and 1 month after they should have received the returned items.
It seems as though the Retailer is ignoring my request for a refund and there is no contact phone number to call them. I decided to look up the company up on Trust Pilot and there are multiple other reviews of people in exactly the same boat. Lots of people unsatisfied by the quality, many stating the dresses have been sent over from China, hence the long delivery times and poor quality. But also no-one seems to have been successful in getting a refund and have had the exact same ‘standard’ responses to their emails as I have. I have also recently seen people write this over their social channels that they are a scam company and ‘do not purchase’ from them.
Another issue is that the post office have now sent my items to the National Return Centre in Belfast as the company did not respond to them for a redelivery. So I am now struggling to get hold of the dresses again.
Can someone please help as to what my rights are and any advise as to what I can do to try and get my money back? Is it worth calling Barclaycard? Do I even have a chance of getting my money back?
Thanks
Rachael

Thank you for your response. It definatley did not say that when i made the order - that must have been added recently with everyone else complaining as I would not have purchased it I knew it would have taken that long. But also what do I say in my letter? If they are ignoring my emails, why would they respond to a letter? Do I have consumer refund rights I can highlight? Any legal action?
Thanks

I suggest you contact your credit card company and make a chargeback claim either because the items were not of the described quality (e.g. if they were clearly inferior to the photos on the website) or because a promised refund has never been received.
