Horizon Parking Appeal

Hi, I've followed the appeal process once before and was successful so I'm happy to follow the advice once again.
One question however which may / may not be significant. They have spelt the name of the registered keeper incorrectly on the PCN.
A simple mistake I'm sure but do I need to mention that in my first appeal email?
Thanks
J

How badly wrong is it (don't give the actual name!)?
Ordinarily the PPC electronically contacts the DVLA for your data and electronically transfers that to the Notice to Keeper without much, if any, human intervention.
Check the details on your V5C (log book) to see if the DVLA have it wrongly transcribed. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks - DVLA had actually spelt my name wrong!
I sent my appeal to Horizon 24th April and received an automated reply on the same day. How long should I wait before I receive a POPLA code?0 -
they would have 35 days according to the BPA CoP, so I would assume its the same no matter which trade body they are in0
