Clearly the market in your area believes the price to be realistic, as you have four separate parties interested in buying.
I wouldn't worry yourself much at this stage, if there is an issue with a buyer's mortgage valuation at a later date worry about it then. It may be that the buyer you agree a sale to may not even require a mortgage.0 -
Let it run, you can always negotiate with the buyer later if the valuation comes out too low. You may be lucky and the buyer has a large deposit. If they still want to negotiate down, you are better off starting the negotiation from a higher price.0
