payment demand after IVA completion

I have had a payment demand today two months after my final IVA payment.
Do I need to do anything?

Is this payment demand from a creditor that was included in your IVA?
If so, I would suggest that you forward the letter to your insolvency practitioner.

It was from a company called CRS who have been sold the debt from one of my creditors that was on the IVA.
I have forwarded the email to payplan and I also called CRS to tell them that my IVA has been completed.0
