The Parking Game

Hi Red x - I dealt with this one by speaking to the lovely lady at customer services and showing my receipt and bank statement so thats all good. Sorry, I have been very busy and did not update.
I never complained as I was hearing from the employees at the gym I go to about how even smart were going after them. Turns out smart were going after another company's employees too who also used the car park whilst working. They had written to the the top dogs at Smart only to receive a rude letter telling them to pay their fines. This is why smart lost the contract at this car park - they started !!!!ing off the management who were the car park owner which they managed !0 -

They may have told you they're going to cancel it for you but don't let it drop until you've got confirmation in writing from Horizon.
Horizon are easy to beat at popla but if Asda don't get it cancelled and you miss your chance to get a popla code then the likelyhood of you getting court papers in the future are much higher0 -
Coupon-Mad,
I wish to post my first draft but an error occurs. All it says is 1. Unable to post your message. Please try again. ?
Is there something obvious I am overlooking ?0 -
I am having difficulty in posting my draft defence.
Is it due to me highlighting in red or something ? All i have tries is to copy and paste from word 2007 straight to here.
Any suggestions ?0 -
ok team, seems as though my IP Address has been unbanned so I am back. However I need to get this draft finished and in the post asap. I was IP banned due to copying and pasting from word - seems as though i got caught up in anti spam measures.
Can someone confirm for me how do i go about posting my draft without getting banned ?
I d ont wish to copy and paste here again until I am sure I wont get banned again.0 -
So I cannot copy and paste my draft here for fear of IP ban.
I have my draft on the the pepipoo website under the same topic name.
Thanks for your help so far, hopefully I shall see you over there instead.

Defence has been adjusted and submitted. Just waiting now.....0

So they sent a letter saying they had recieved the defence and were looking forward to the directions questionnaire - seemed a bit 'wide-boy' to me - I assume this is a last ditch attempt to bluff me into submission. Anyway, just over a week later I receive a letter saying they are discontinuing the claim !0
