MIL withdrew county court claim

Thank you thank you thank you! MIL have stopped their County Court claim following my witness statement. I think it is due to all the help I have had on here. Particularly the letter from Coupon-Mad about the DVLA and MIL Collections said they would not use personal data.
Is there a thread that documents successes? It would help people I think.

Not here but you could send a message to the Parking Prankster although I think he might be away or busy at the moment. He might blog about it if you tell your story with claim number and court and parking firm details (you stay anonymous).
Yes, it is my view that all MIL cases should end up discontinued when faced with the DVLA email evidence people have gathered & shared - and if MIL cases are not discontinued, IMHO, they haven't been well defended. None should be allowed to go to a hearing.
So, well done for achieving it! This is a huge relief isn't it? Game over for them. Now you could build up a case to sue MIL and the parking firm for 3 figure compensation.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
