Not sure if I have posted this in the right place, apologises if I haven't. Has anyone had any experience of filling out 'Form E' as part of a court order regarding my Child Maintenence.
Both my ex husband and I have filled out this form, this is a financial statement, we each get a copy of eachothers form and so does the court. My ex lied on his 'Form E' the last time we went to court and was ordered by the judge to complete is again and was told that a Penial Notice would be attached, so if he lied on the next one there would be consequences. I have been told he could go to prison!! if he does lie again. Can anyone tell me if this really happens.
Thanks Lotty
I have filled the form E in 3 times with regard to child maintenance. I don't know if he could go to prison, to be honest with my experience of the courts I would find that highly unlikely. How did the judge know he has been lying?
