He's recently been building and/or selling not buyingPrior to that he was doing "build-to-let", but considering he's been doing that for over ten years and has been selling recently I think that makes him pretty bright.
Why do you think he actually brought with those low yields? I'll bet he didn't, he was just saying what yields are now!
