He's recently been building and/or selling not buying
Prior to that he was doing "build-to-let", but considering he's been doing that for over ten years and has been selling recently I think that makes him pretty bright.
Why do you think he actually brought with those low yields? I'll bet he didn't, he was just saying what yields are now!
It's the newbie numpties that are buying with low yields and making monthly losses in the hope of future capital gains! Is that who you meant 0 -
