after some help please.
when we moved here we inherited a 18ft by 8ft concrete garage with asbestos garage. it has been leaking a bit from roof, door doesnt work properly, one of the concrete panel by door is wobbling, there is no personnel door etc... so i am looking to replace it. i have three alternatives:, similar concrete garage, plastic shed or wooden shed. i know in general everyone has its advantages and disadvantages but would appreciate any suggestions?
my main purpose will be to use it as storage for toys, household things and perhaps get a tumble dryer!
i am not sure plastic sheds (decent one from costco) will have condensation? similarly does even the best quality wooden shed require yearly treatment? concrete garage i am not sure is the most expensive and having a tiny garden it stands out like sore thumb unless i get special brick effect.
i cant afford block or brick ones (am useless at diy and dont have any friends in trade industry).
thank you for reading this and would appreciate suggestions.

I decided to go with a plastic shed recently. Has vents and as yet no condensation. Had stormy week earlier in the year and was perfectly fine, has been drilled into a concrete base.0

I'm in the process of re-furbing our concrete garage. I've just replaced the roof with an insulated EPDM version. I next plan to clad the inside and outside to make it look nicer, replace the windows and doors, and do something to tidy the floor up. I reckon all in it will cost £4-5k. But it is a double garage and a lot cheaper than the circa £18k we was quoted to start again with brick.0
