3. The above icelolly.com email subscribers must be a UK resident aged 18 and over as of or before the time of entering, who hold a valid British Passport, with the exception of employees and partners of icelolly.com or any other person connected to this competition promotion.
4. Entries are limited to one entry per person. Use of a false name or email address will disqualify the selected entrant from receiving any prize.
5. Icelolly.com reserves the right to ask any potential winner for documented proof of name and passport status.
6. No cash alternative will be available and all promotion prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

THE PRIZE
The holiday prize give away consists of the following; return economy class flights from a UK airport of the prize-winners choice to Majorca (subject to availability), 7 nights’ accommodation in a 4 Star rating hotel on an all-inclusive basis and return overseas transfers. Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a twin or double room.
The holiday prize excludes;

• Any departure and/or arrival taxes, this is to be paid by the winner.
• Ground transfers to and from the UK airport are not included.
• Excursions, attractions, treatments and car hire.
• Travel insurance, spending money and any other personal expenses.
• Visas and vaccinations

From the date of being awarded the prize, the featured holiday has a 12-month completion window, however the holiday must be booked within the first consecutive 3 months or the prize will be withdrawn. This prize will exclude UK bank holidays, christmas and summer school holidays.
It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport, travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visa for their trip.
The prize-winner must be a UK resident and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Once the booking has been confirmed, any alteration to the booking will incur administrative charges, payable by the holiday prize winner.
All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
The winner and their guest may be required to participate in publicity including being featured in icelolly.com social media
