Already had mortgage offer but road is unadopted....with this impact anything?

Its not insurance for the road. Its public liability insurance that is already covered within your existing policy probably for around 2 million. It wont cover repairs but will help you if someone hurt themselves on the road by slipping etc. However this is only the case if you are 100% responsible for the road.0
