Evening Folks
Hard session training tonight and I am battered and bruised... definitely going to feel it in the morning.Cardio, weights and sparring.
Some new folks have joined us and it's possible that a couple of them may stay with us.
We always get an influx after Crimbo / New Year and the majority disappear by Feb / March. This intake has a few hopeful stayer's though and it's always good to train and spar with different folks. I sparred with one young fella who said that he didn't think he was going to get his a**e handed to him by a guy old enough to be his Dad Aye, cheers son, I'll take that as a compliment :rotfl:
Thankfully I'm shedding the extra that I put on over the festive period, still a wee bit to go though...

Afternoon Folks
Apologies for being so quiet just now.
Trying to pull order from chaos here at work...
Have two of my team off with flu and another two on Jury duty (separate trails), so my department is down 50% on personnel. However, the four folks that are away include three of our most experienced / knowledgeable staff... meaning we are possibly down 75% in actual capability
We'll get there, though I'm having to juggle more work than I would like atm, as well as having to support our young and inexperienced staff.
Fingers crossed that we will be back to full strength again next week...
