Hi wasn't sure where to post ?
I made a will using legal aid 10 years ago and I need to change a bit of it
Am I right thinking no legal aid any more ? I can't afford anything . Should I do one of these diy things ? It's just I have my son down as going to my brothers family if anything happened to me and my parents , who are down as first option, couldn't cope
My brother and i havnt spoken for years and it's. It going to change anytime soon so I need to change it . Any advice welcome please

Did your brother originally agree to do this? If so has he said he is no longer willing to do so?
Do you actually have anyone else in mind?
How old is your child now?0 -

Sounds like a better choice, so yes, providing your cousin agrees, get it changed. I'm afraid there is no financial assistance for this sort of thing, but if is the only thing you are changing this can be achieved with a codicil which should be cheaper than a new will.0 -
Does your will have to option to make changes free of charge? Mine allows me one change per year. Might be worth checking.0
