Hi My mother in law was phoned up by italk and as the deal was OK she went with them ...This was 3 weeks ago and she has not received a broadband modem or got a telephone line as yet , she can't cancel as the 2 weeks deadline has passed now ..
I was wondering if there was anything she can do as she has been unable to use her line or broadband since BT stopped their service.
I don't really have much more information than what I have , if you need anymore I can try and find out
