I had an Egg card in the past and despite being able to find every other financial document I am unable to locate anything with my account number or details

Can I still make a PPI claim??

You can make a claim by contacting the insurer, assuming the policy is still current.

If you want to make a complaint, it sounds as if you will need to do a SAR to find out some details about the account first.

Egg cards are either with Citibank (via Canada Square) or Barclaycard depending on when the card was closed (if it was) you'll have to try them if you want to make a complaint
