Account Stability poor score

Hello,
Just checked my score and for the first time in my credit history it's poor. And it says it's to do with credit stability.
I don't understand this as I've had my current account with my current provider for over ten years. Only newish card is a credit card but again it's over a year now since I opened it. I got a new phone contract but with same provider, (Orange to EE is only change in name.)
So how can I prove this score? I need to remortgage in a few months with my husband and am worried about how this score might affect our application.
I owe money on two cards, one 0% and one charging interest.
Any hints or tips welcome.

The credit score is only seen by you and only you, your history is what lenders see.0
