Good point. I should've realized that prices tend not to be VAT-inclusive for business-only products.Inner_Zone wrote: »Yes.

Yes i noticed from the outset the op clearly referred to a business line and
I also discovered they didnt explain the offer in full.;)
" For new customers we are offering the opportunity to try us out for 90 days during this period you will pay just £4.99 line rental, after the trial if you are happy to carry on you can choose between our standard line rental packages £7.99 pre-pay or £9.99 standard line rental.
The £4.99 line rental offer is subject to taking our inclusive call package, which gives you inclusive calls 24/7 to UK landlines so that you don't have to worry about call costs. This call package is £4.99 so when combined with your line rental its a fixed price bill of just £9.98 for the first 3 months then just £12.98 if you choose our pre-pay line rental after that. This deal is based on a 3 month trial, if you are happy with the trial and choose to continue after this there is a minimum 9 month contract or 21 months if you have a new phone line installed free of charge by us."

Its clearly a business contract and the various terms and conditions at 4 and 5 which could prove costly should be enough to put you off.
