Council Parking.

Living just outside Hastings we sometimes go to a car park in the Old Town to take MIL for a fish and chip supper. Previously the car park was nearly full and throngs of people in the area. Good car park because it was £1 from 6pm. Now its changed to £1.70/hour till 09.30 and the car park was very nearly empty , pubs…

Just because they could did not mean they did.

In fact it was Oct 2013 that the last warden was paid off and the council have still not decriminalised parking enforcement and seemingly it is not on the agenda to do so.
